Whether you need assistance with health insurance enrollment, legal guidance, social support, or help finding stable housing, VOCES offers the support you need to improve your quality of life and achieve the stability you deserve.

Every member of our community is unique, which is why we are dedicated to offering personalized solutions to help you overcome the barriers that affect your well-being.

VOCES is not currently an official nonprofit organization.

VOCES is in a phase of development and growth and is not eligible for tax-exempt status or tax-deductible donations.

At this time, VOCES is not able to provide formal services, financial assistance, or official programs, as it is not yet an established nonprofit organization. These offerings will become available as the organization continues to develop and moves toward official status.

I am deeply grateful for all the support, participation, and trust in this project.
My goal is to build a Latino-focused organization that serves the community and promotes well-being through education, resources, assistance, empathy, and a strong sense of community.

Community Health Workers – Promotores de Salud

  • Assistance with food resources.

Housing Navigators – Navegadores de Vivienda

  • Access to shelters, temporary housing, and emergency sites for clients experiencing homelessness

  • Navigation support for newly arrived families seeking apartments and housing

  • First-time homebuyer education

  • Assistance with housing applications

  • Connection to affordable housing resources

  • Provide stability and supportive resources.

MNsure Support Advocates

  • Provide education about the MNsure marketplace, coverage options, and plans.

  • Apply for health insurance.

  • Determine eligibility for medical assistance, Medicaid, Medicare, or MinnesotaCare.

  • Annual health coverage renewal.

Legal Support – Asistencia Legal

  • Guidance on immigration rights.

  • Assistance with asylum applications.

  • Defense against deportation.

  • Work visa applications.

  • Assistance with permanent residency (Green Card) applications.

  • Guidance through the citizenship process.

  • Assistance with Temporary Protected Status (TPS) applications.

  • Guidance on family-based immigration petitions.

  • Support with DACA cases (Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals).

  • Guidance on immigration waivers and pardons.

  • Defense in immigration detention cases.

  • Assistance obtaining work or travel permits.
